Afternoon Snack

I had some zucchini in my fridge that needed to be cooked. So I cooked them in some olive oil and then sprinkled them with a little garlic powder and a pinch of kosher salt.

Earlier I had a protein smoothie for lunch.

Frozen mixed berries
light and fit vanilla yogurt
whey protein
and a splash of milk

So Yummy!
